It’s spooky; it’s silly; it’s not so scary; it’s Halloween at Walt Disney World. The weather is fine and the parks are fancy in their fall dress. The atmosphere at Disney’s Fort Wilderness and Campground is down-home and laid-back, and your cabin in the woods is the perfect location for enjoying all the excitement. This cozy space is filled with country charm and features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area, full bath, and separate bedroom. An outside deck, picnic table, even a charcoal grill, offer lots of choices for family fun.
You’ll find many of the campsites decorated for the season and we’ll be providing a special Halloween decorating kit for your cabin so you can be part of the eerie celebrations!
You’ll enjoy rustic activities including a campfire sing-a-long and marshmallow toast, and the popular Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. To make the most of your time at the Fort, we’re including a golf cart rental for most days of your stay. This will allow you to move with ease around this vast property and fully enjoy your time out in the “wilderness". Of course, you’re invited to the big event, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, and you can come in costume, or come as you are. Plan for plenty of trick-or-treating, character meet and greets, as well as mixing and mingling with the Villains. A spooktacular fireworks extravaganza - Happy HalloWishes, the ride of the Headless Horseman, and a very special parade, make this a must-do.
