This tiny mouse has tucked himself away in the rafters of the lobby of the Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Surrounded by magnificent carvings of woodland creatures, he’s easy to overlook!

With its dramatic pillars and quirky seating, the lobby of Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort certainly distracts the eye. It would be easy to miss the Mickey shape of the small side table.

The new marble flooring in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is almost completed. In keeping with the elegant theme, Disney has chosen a subtle addition of Disney characters. Find them entwined in vines and peeking from curlicues as you walk around the first and second floors!

I recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Egypt; a destination so crammed with objects of wonder and amazement that it’s difficult to process all the experiences at the end of each day. One morning, as I wandered through the thousands of treasures at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, I came across the magnificent funeral couch of Tutankhamen featuring the cow with solar disc representing the Goddess Hathor. Imagine my surprise to see that it also sported some familiar markings!

It’s important to watch where you’re walking or you’ll miss this wonderful Hidden Mickey. As you enter the lobby of Disney’s Polynesian Resort from the main entrance, walk toward the waterfall and you’ll find the flagstones reveal a secret shape.
